I am very excited to have become a level 1 Spring Forest Qigong Instructor. This site will introduce to you to the world I have entered.
At first I thought it was about the Qigong movements but it's much more than that. It is about healing, being healed and working with Love, kindness and forgiveness.
Those words alone are how I want to live my life............
