About Jayne M. Snook

From age 0 to 10 - I experienced all the rules...

I fell and rolled around and touched and tried to taste every thing - Pushed boundries and explore every thing I could

From age 10 to 20 - I learned the all rules....

I went to the schools, attended classes, got mostly b's and c's in the schools but learned a lot out side of school. Had my first job as a waitress , then File clerk, then on to various certificates from the American Institute of Banking and the NY Institute of Finance. Got my Real Estate License but never used it.

From 20 to 30 - I broke all the rules.... I won't go into to these years in details but it was the greatest and worse years of my life. Moved to San Francisco.

From 30 to 40 - I started to make my own rules... now we are talking. I move to San Francisco and did all sorts of work - taxis driver, personnel recruiter, small business operator, telecom analyst which is where I spent most of the rest of my work career - in the telecom industry ...getting a variety of degrees, developing course's and teaching. I am still in the industry to this day, I'm so greatful for my work in this field - it is very interesting and has always been very interesting.

From 40 to 50 - I started living by my own rules...

I was much more my own person and was still exploring the world. I got my General Aviation license and flew planes for a while - became a 2nd Lt in the Civil Air Patrol. I took a few years off and went to work/live in Alaska- Fairbanks and Anchorage- in the telecom industry.

I also took a couple of years off and got my Funeral Directors license (not embalming) and worked in that industry.

I went through all the alternative trainings EST, Mind Spring, Liberty Experience. I also delved into the world of Wicca and became a Dianic Priestess.I studied Tai Chi,Yoga, Transendental Meditation, Holosync, and Jeddah Mali Meditations.

From 50 years on...it was time to throw out all the rules...and so I did.....

And after 60 I learned to ride a motorcycle, did fire dancing, walked on hot coals, and have been learning same-sex International Standard Ballroom Dancing. I competed and won a Bronze medal at OutGames in Copenhagen in July 2009.

And last but not least and why you are here – I found Spring Forest Qigong and want to share it with you
